charming riad with excellent service

decorated doors nice plants friendly staff helpful staff

the riad features decorated doors and nice plants. souf and abdul were very friendly and accommodating. abdul ensured my wife had chicken and fish each evening. souf and abdul were helpful throughout our stay and really stood out.

the water pressure was not strong enough to properly rinse out shampoo. the temperature randomly changed from freezing cold to scalding hot. breakfast was slow and minimal.

the room was spacious. it included a comfortable bed. towel designs changed daily thanks to friendly cleaning staff. i think the rooms were very clean.

staff transported our luggage. we received mint tea and snacks upon arrival. the staff brought our breakfast forward on our leaving day. they made sure we were fed before our early flight.

the riad is an oasis in the medina. the location is a short walk to the souks and main square. the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing inside. i safety was good here.

the riad has three pet cats and two tortoises. these animals live a wonderful life. they lounge around the garden getting fuss from guests and staff. it was a real treat to see them.

excellent hospitality convenient location

the staff provided excellent hospitality! the rooms were clean. breakfast was yummy. the location near jemaa el-fna was convenient. i appreciated the short walk to the souks. the staff arranged a hammam. it was amazing.

the shower pressure was weak. the water temperature changed randomly from freezing to scalding. it was not pleasant at all.

the staff was very kind. the rooftop pool provided a refreshing spot to cool off (i loved it!).
